How It Works
Buy and Send
Choose an amount, add a personal message and send the gift card immediately or schedule delivery for a future date.
Book a Public Class
Choose a Crosswood-hosted class on Eventbrite and enter the gift card code in the “Enter promo code” field during checkout.
Plan a Private Experience
Submit an availability request and include the gift card code. The available balance will be applied to the event quote or invoice.
Does the gift card expire?
No. Crosswood gift cards never expire, and any unused balance remains available.
Can I use it for more than one Eventbrite ticket?
Eventbrite currently allows one ticket per order when a Gift Up code is used. For multiple seats, complete separate orders with the remaining balance or contact Jesse for help.
Does the gift card reserve a date or seat?
No. Classes, dates and private events remain subject to availability.
Can it be used on Classpop?
No. Crosswood gift cards are only valid for Crosswood-hosted Eventbrite classes and experiences booked directly with Chef Jesse.
Can it be refunded or exchanged for cash?
No. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Normal booking minimums and terms apply to private experiences.
